All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We accept international orders and support several local currencies where available.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing mistake affects your order, we'll contact you before processing and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. By providing payment details, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock availability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt — they aren't a guarantee of acceptance. Your order is only confirmed once it enters processing.

8. Returns & Refunds
Our return terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
9. Warranties
Some products come with a separate manufacturer or product-specific warranty. When that applies, details will be shown on the product page, and those warranty terms take precedence for warranty-related claims.
Beyond any stated warranty, products are provided "as is" without additional guarantees, to the extent allowed by law.
